What do I need to know about refunds?
All refunds are credited to the card used to make the original purchase, generally within 48 hours.
Refunds will only occur for items providing the product is returned to us in its original condition.
How do you deliver my goods in Australia?
We deliver by Australia Post.
Parcels must be collected from the post office if you are not home to receive them.
We also deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We attempt to dispatch goods within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please allow up to 15 working days delivery. Sorry no C.O.D's or overseas deliveries
